Regular and typical care instruction are on the individual pieces on the tag. Care varies depending on what item you have ordered.

0 4.  What types of payments do you accept?

We proudly accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER and PAYPAL.

0 5.  How long does it take for an item to get through processing?

We typically ship with 2-3 business days of receiving your cleared payment.

0 6.  What happens if the order is placed over the weekend?

We process orders on Mondays to keep handling times short for orders placed over the weekend. We do not ship on weekends.

0 7.  Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, please contact our customer service department for more information on bulk discounts.

0 8.  How long will it take for my clothes to arrive?

To avoid disappointment, we advise 4 weeks. Most times this is less! If you have some special date coming up that you need the clothes for - contact us and we'll tell you if it's possible!

Yes we do! You can select your currency and shipment location while you place your order.

Here is how it works: Orders must be placed through the Divina-Designs.com website.  This ensures that we have the items you wish to purchase in stock.

Sale items are not included in our bulk order discount program and we will not accept our Referral Program in conjunction with the bulk order discount.

Discount Rates

Discount rates are below:

Purchase $1000.00 of product or more, get a 15% discount

Purchase $2000.00 of product or more, get a 20% discount

Purchase $3000.00 of product or more, get a 30% discount

Purchase $4000.00 of product or more, get a 40% discount

Purchase $5000.00 of product or more, get a 50% discount

Discount is calculated automatically at checkout.

Please also note, that since the discount is automatically calculated at checkout you do not have to register or sign up for this program. Just attain the suggested purchase amount on your shopping cart above and your total will be automatically reduced according to our rates on the last page of the checkout process.
