- The customer has the right to return an unused and undamaged product within 5 working days and get the money refunded as credit note.
- If so, please contact us immediately with an explanation and specification of the order you want to return. Customers who wish to return a product are responsible for postal costs both ways and postal risks back.

- If you receive the wrong order or a defective item from us, please contact us immediately in order for us to correct the mistake. Customers who return a defective item are responsible for postal risks but not postal costs.
